This pen is new in box, unused.  Flawless beautiful black body and cap.  No personalization.  Near flawless gold trim with just a few tiny micro-scratches on clip from box storage.  Good Montblanc refill in pen and works perfect.  Comes in original box as shown.  Based on the box, GERMANY stamped on the clip band and mechanism this appears to be an early 164 from about 1980.  The pen is absolutely guaranteed genuine Montblanc
