This unit is Brand new never used other than us turning it on to ensure that there was no damage to the unit's operation and functions.  We did not hook up to water line to keep the unit new and not used.  Please see the pic's that are in the listing and if you have any

or concerns please contact us before you buy the item.  We are unable to return this item once it has been used unless there is something wrong with the unit.  This supersedes any other return policy that may appear on the listing.  This unit is 100% returnable for dead on arrival.  We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are taken care of and that the unit will arrive to you

Make sure that you look at the detailed pics of scratches on the unit which are mainly on one Side, a few scratches on the inside of the left door and the bottom is is bent in somewhat but has no impact on the function of the unit.
