    Description

    An
    Original
and Large Sized Ancient Roman Coin, I believe with image of the Roman Emperor Publius Aelious Hadrianus or known as Hadrian, who ruled AD 117-138!  The Coin Reverse has a Woman standing upright, holding a staff and an upside down 2 pronged fork, with "SC" on either side of the woman!  I read somewhere that this was a coin for money or the Treasury!  The coin is 32mm across, has a decent strike and is as shown!  The coin is apparently the denomination of Sestertius.  I know nothing about Ancient Coins, being sold for a friend!
