    Very rare reverse type depicting
    River God Tyne
    (or
    Oceanus
    ) reclining, seldom offered. David Sear in RSC speculates that the River God could be the Tyne in North Britain. Severus was in Northern Britain repairing the Wall in preparation for Scottish campaigns during 209, when this coin was minted.
